"Carla at State Farm has truly been a blessing during one of the hardest times of my life after experiencing a fire. I’ve been emotionally drained and overwhelmed trying to navigate living expenses and next steps, but from the very beginning, Carla showed genuine empathy and care. She clearly explained my renters policy, pointed out coverages I wasn’t even aware of, and made sure I received assistance with securing a hotel.
